Does the program tuition cover everything, or are there additional fees for the group meetings, workout programs, etc?  The tuition is non-refundable and covers EVERYTHING required in the program:  the BTWG Training Manual, twelve weeks of workout programs, the BTWG Nutrition Plan, access to the private Facebook page, weekly online educational content, Tip of the Day, BTWG approved recipes, weekly webinars and more.  There are no additional fees, unless you chose additional consultations, one-on-one coaching sessions or a custom workout plan.

I don’t live in the Indianapolis area, can I still participate?   Yes!  For the first time EVER, BTWG is 100% online based.  Geography no longer limits participation!  This also allows for participants living all across the world to connect, live and in person, for workouts, hikes, or social activities.

I have a vacation or out of town business trip planned during the course of the program.  Will this be a problem?  If you maintain the “no excuses” mindset and stick with your nutrition program, complete the assigned workouts and any homework to the best of your ability, then you will be an excellent candidate. This is something you will have to decide before applying.  Be honest with yourself, yet trust that you have what it takes!  Also, know that it is virtually impossible to find the “right time” to make a lifestyle change or a three-month window in your life that will be “perfect” for you to sign up for BTWG.  Also, the workouts can be done virtually ANYWHERE as long as you have a jump rope, exercise bands or weights, and a yoga mat.  A hotel room and your equipment is all you really need if you are traveling.

Are the workouts/training programs going to be custom tailored to me? “Yes”, and “no”. Everyone will receive one of two pre-designed training programs – Level 1 or Level 2, depending on your current abilities.  Beginners start at Level 1, where more advanced Recruits will begin at Level 2.  The workouts include strength and conditioning workouts, yoga as well as assigned meditation time.  During the course of each workout cycle you will have an opportunity to consult with Chris if you feel changes need to be made to your training programs.  Or, if you prefer a fully customized workout program, that can be arranged for an additional fee.

I’m already really fit and have been training for years.  Is there any value in BTWG for me, or is this program only for beginners?  Good question. Honestly, it depends.  While many consider themselves to be fit, they are often far from being fit in a wholistic manner – body, mind, and spirit.  While the Level 2 workouts are challenging and geared towards people who are more experienced, they are by no means “performance” oriented or “extreme” in any way.  If, on the other hand, you are pretty content with your current training program approach and your level of “fitness” but are interested in delving deeper into other areas of “health” and “well-being” of body, mind, and spirit fitness, then “yes”, BTWG is 100% for you!  Additionally, should you prefer a fully custom designed workout plan, that can be arranged for an additional fee.
